Pizza Party, Spring Creek Night and February Birthday

WOW! February FLEW by and we are now in the month of March. We enjoyed a pizza party on Friday February 21st for filling up our marble jar. We had a great time eating pizza in the classroom.

Tuesday, February 25th was also Spring Creek Barbeque Spirit Night. I had so much fun serving bread and seeing my kids outside the classroom!

I want to wish a HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our February birthday!

This THURSDAY, March 6th is open house from 6:30-8:00pm. Hope to see you there!

50th Day, Scarecrows and Lunch in the Classroom

Last week we celebrated the 50th day of school!! Check out our cool 50s outfits. We listened to 50s music and did a few 50th day activities. We are halfway to 100!

We also read the Little Scarecrow Boy and Who Took the Farmer's Hat. We discussed the beginning, middle and end of the story and wrote about scarecrows.

We also filled our marble jar last week and our reward was lunch in the classroom. We had so much fun! Breakfast AND lunch in the classroom in the same day:)
